4.Cartoon is displaying how Obama's plan for universal halth care for all U.S. citizens would be very beneficial for those in need and those who can't afford health care today.
5.Although I feel that universal health care provided by the federal government would be a great thing for the American people, I do not think that the government can afford to do that and this would just push the America even further in debt.
